It appears that WEF governments are attempting to induce waves of fear and panic, in order to soften the public up for totalitarianism. It's not working though; people have already discounted the messaging of the corporate media. Dr Mattias Desmet describes this tactic in his essential book: 'The Psychology Of Totalitarianism'.
