Reading the second set of books after Little House on the Prairie at bedtime and came to this part where little Rose felt bad about catching a rabbit and then mama making rabbit stew. This really jumped out as we have rabbits that we process on our little property. My girls have loved having them from the get go and and they feel proud about the food we harvest on-site #grownostr

All of those books are great! I encourage everyone to read them.

I also love the TV show as it's rare to find any wholesome content nowadays.

The Andy Griffith show is pretty good too 🙂

And for adults, look into 'The Egg and I" by Betty MacDonald it's like Little House but not for kids. It's hilarious.

I never read any of the little house books as a kid so I’ve been enjoying them as much as the girls!

I will also definitely look into that other one. I’ll read it in about 3 years when I’m done with Atlas Shrugged 😂
