Those crunchy clam things I don’t like
Ayogai or Mirugai by the sound of it.
(Although what is now served as mirugai is general a substitute of geoduck)
I can understand that. Both take some time to get used to.
Don't tell the residents of Washington State that their capitol was originally chosen for the geoduck on the tidal planes there
