You need sun 🌞

Got plenty of that

From what I've heard, yes, very, they catch fungus and pests very quickly

😞

Depends where you live. Harder than a backyard garden but not especially difficult if you’re in a favorable climate for them

I have a very favorable climate. Was thinking in my back yard

Yeah, it’s doable

Our resident grape pro

Assuming you get a variety that grows well in your location, you won't be able to kill it. Pinot noir can be hard AF, but we have some table grapes that we haven't had to tend to (outside of cutting back) for 20 years

I was hoping you'd chime in on this 😉

I was about to say the same.

You also need something strong really strong to support them.

I guess it just depend on your climate… we have wild grapes all over the place here in Michigan… aren’t you still in Japan, I think it’s roughly the same climate other than maybe the winters don’t get as cold as us

If you have the space and a moderate weather, it can't get easier. You will share them with birds, and wasps, but there are enough for everyone.

Just finished making a grape Chutney to preserve them.

The best part is the shade on the dinner table more than the grapes themselves

It's not very hard. But if you're a first time grower you might struggle. We grow tons of grapes every year here in Nashik. It become second nature once you understand the tricks involved. 👌

Nah, not too hard. We grow them in our greenhouse in Alaska. My in-laws in Michigan have a bunch growing on a chainlink fence.
