You also need something strong really strong to support them.
I guess it just depend on your climate… we have wild grapes all over the place here in Michigan… aren’t you still in Japan, I think it’s roughly the same climate other than maybe the winters don’t get as cold as us
If you have the space and a moderate weather, it can't get easier. You will share them with birds, and wasps, but there are enough for everyone.
Just finished making a grape Chutney to preserve them.
The best part is the shade on the dinner table more than the grapes themselves 
It's not very hard. But if you're a first time grower you might struggle. We grow tons of grapes every year here in Nashik. It become second nature once you understand the tricks involved. 👌
Nah, not too hard. We grow them in our greenhouse in Alaska. My in-laws in Michigan have a bunch growing on a chainlink fence.
