A few years ago my wife planted arugula and that stuff grows like a weed - I made arugula pesto with some of it and it was amazing.
Rather, don't really need a recipe, just approx propositions.

Hey! Here’s the rough recipe I used from Pinterest. I used 1/2 the oil (you can always add more later!) and added another clove of garlic. All the spices I measure are “heaping” except the salt. Hope you have fun adapting it too!
