I'm moving on from nostr:nprofile1qqsrf5h4ya83jk8u6t9jgc76h6kalz3plp9vusjpm2ygqgalqhxgp9gpz4mhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejqzyrhwden5te0dehhxarj9ekxzmnyqyt8wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnwdaehgu3wvfskueq555fk2 and potentially #Lightning broadly (at least anything other than Strike or Phoenix). It's been cool and all, but I am tapped out on constantly addressing problems. Good luck to the team and I hope it gets better.

I'll figure out some other way to participate in the V4V Nostr thing at some point hopefully, but I'm done for now.

I am open to suggestions that aren't Alby if anyone has them. I'm not interested in paying that much just to zap people. I already take a net loss doing it.

Looking at ecash to see if there's something there. Not sure how it functions alongside people who use Lightning yet or how good it will work for #zaps (if at all). I'm a total noob.

I guess Phoenix is out too. Lol

If you're on a de-Googled device, let's go ahead and make it a Googled device again for notifications.

I know alternatives are possible because Tuta manages some cool notification features without Google services.

CoinOS is great. Primal wallet is too.

Primal just uses Strike, but it was one of the few things I actually liked about Primal. I could use it for receipt, not sending without using Primal. They do make zapping shit easy. Will look at CoinOS. Thanks!

Strike is their provider but it’s their own service. FWIW Miljan hinted today that they may be adding NWC which would allow you to connect your primal wallet to other apps for sending.

Yeah, but it just wouldn't make sense for me as it is since I won't use the Primal app. It's cool IF you use their app though. I appreciate that.

Once they add NWC you can use it as the sending wallet for any nostr app, not only in their app.

And CoinOS also has NWC so you can connect it to other apps

i use the yakihonne built-in wallet, which is cool cuz it gives you an nwc string you can use for zapping in other applications as well as ln address for receiving. about as easy as it gets.

Didn't know that was a thing. Will look into it.

i use nostr:npub1yzvxlwp7wawed5vgefwfmugvumtp8c8t0etk3g8sky4n0ndvyxesnxrf8q on graphene OS, downloaded from zapstore pretty much exclusively now πŸ€™

Olas has a built-in wallet based on NIP-60. As far as i understand, is a cashu wallet connected directly to you npub. However, I do not really know how it works or which client support it, but I guess it could be interesting for you to look into it πŸ€™πŸ»
