All is well here. Work is busy, but good; the marriage is fun and continually deepening; and despite all the socio-political nonsense in this country I’m feeling pretty positive about the future.
Focusing a bit more on my own physical wellness/fitness (not at the expense of hedonism, of course), but that type of growth feels good.

Been grinding here, family’s doing well, youngest just turned 5 this past weekend. Farming is always a fun challenge.

I know it’s not the same as a full time/life’s work, but I spent a summer working on a farm and LOVED it. It’s truly special (and definitely challenging!) 🤙
I’ve been more focused on healing an old injury, and taking it from “knowing how to adjust when it gets pissed off” to actually building the kind of strength and resilience such that my baseline is higher in the first place. Which has profound physical (and psychological) positive effects
