because it's actually fake, a simulation of intelligence that doesn't include a massive part of what natural intelligence involves - namely goal oriented behaviour (this requires right-brain reverse temporal computations that the state of the art in CS algorithms have given us was Dijkstra's path finding algorithm that is the foundation of the internet!)
