A few others but you'll have to find them elsewhere because me mentioning the names would only draw negative attention
Start with who/what interests you. Follow people you find interesting, or tags of your interests. Search for tags and follow that tags. From there, find out people who interest you. Then find out who the person you follow, follows. Follow him, too. Also, keep an eye on Discover/Global/Trending lists. There you might find interesting people to follow.
Build from there.
