Difficult to answer without knowing which client you're using - generally when you click someone's profile, you should be able to see their Follows

I don't use Snort that much - so someone else who uses it regularly can answer but afaik Snort doesn't show the count. It just shows the entire list

On Nostr, follower count is not 100% accurate as it's a decentralised network. But you can check nostr.band to search & find follower count for some specific person
