mention that it is actually a peer reviewed scientific study. Prob hard to tell if it’s meant to be biased or not since we don’t know what’s happening behind the science but the way and when it’s put out says a lot about it

It’s not peer reviewed, it’s a commentary. The author also calculates everything at maximum theoretical levels and ignores any variables like immersion or water repurposing or how the energy is derived in the first place.
