You’re missing the irony that DEI is literally discrimination in service of tolerance, racism is service of morality.

Not saying institutional bigotry doesn’t exist but the paradox I am highlighting is also real.

Right wingers always feel like they are one that’s presenting some new idea to the conversation that’s never been discussed. I’ve had this conversation for 50 years. Right wingers haven’t had a new idea in centuries, but your parents keep sniffing glue while you’re in the womb so here we are.
