I still love the example Preston starts with (2nd time I've heard it) where a house in his area has tripled in fiat value based upon 30-yr payoff of an appreciated asset that now has higher interest rate. YET THE SAME HOUSE DEPRECIATED 68% IN BITCOIN TERMS.
I own two properties, but I am so loathe to carry debt that I can't bring myself to leverage equity to purchase more Bitcoin. I do make the compromise of carrying my savings - and the LLC ttreasury for the short term rental - in Bitcoin.
