Literally flax seed soaked in water overnight? Its strange, if you do the same thing with nuts like almonds or cashew that water is bad and needs to be thrown away. But its different with flax?

100%

It is the most hydrating feeling drinking it.

Lasts a good few days in the fridge, tho I get through a quart a day pretty much :) I don’t eat all the seeds tho, gotta do something so not to waste them

Could I do this with carbonated water?

I have no idea!
