The browser itself is alright, but you can easily replicate most of its functionally (aside from background playing of YouTube videos on mobile, lol) on Ungoogled Chromium or Kiwi Browser if you like extensions a lot.

For unrestricted ad and tracker blocking, you can just use NextDNS or the various other private DNS services out and point your browser or device to that. It's what I'm doing now.
