As I seethe bald man has 6 fingers on his left hand (exactly five but he has no thumb, hopefully it is hidden). You can see it above right of the white circle

I see this. Maybe it’s the top of the sword in the grasp of the other man’s hand. Could be a mutant.

I read more into it. Looks like in some religious/bible paintings people with more fingers are spiritual or wealthy.
