I'm tired of shitcoiner and mass adoption maxis (fiat maxis) concern trolling.

- The average person will never self-custody

- LN is too hard for people to learn

- Most people can't afford high fees

Who. Cares.

Life is not fair, if you want something you have to work for it - if you want to self-custody your bitcoin you need to work to afford it and learn how to do it.

The tools and information is readily available for ANYONE who is willing to put in the work, I'm not going to hold your hand for you.

Welcome to capitalism.

Fair point

Truth! I found it. And so did you!

Too many coddled soibois want momma and daddy to make everything as simple as possible for them

At some point we can't do the work for people crying

"Fees are too expensive" - Go increase your fucking income

"LN is too hard" - Pick up a fucking book/watch a video

"Self-custody is too complicated" - Have fun using IOUs

You need to do the work, there is no way around it. This is what bitcoin ultimately fixes - the incentive to WORK.

THIS

Personal responsibility has become a foreign concept to most unfortunately. Those who can't deal with it can hfsp!

When I was getting started it was in the middle of a fee spike when onchain was 40-50 bucks. Would have guessed that they'd be $200 by now. Boy, I was wrong, but it's hilarious to see people worried about how onchain is too high when median onchain fee is $5.16.

Tx fees as a percentage of total block reward right now are over 15%. Which is great news, that we won't need something crazy like a tail emission.

Then we need to architect better systems that make self-custody simpler.

Fight apathy with good design.
