MKBHD reviewed the cybertruck and he complained about the rearview mirror but just like the side view mirrors, I don't think they're meant to be there. The mirrors are there as required by law for manufacturers. I think the design intention is for cybertruck owners to remove all three mirrors and rely on the camera displays. That's what I would do.
