I saw a post about some activists in Bulgaria which were being censored. Ask the responses were about how to setup and be paid in btc on nostr by their supporters. However, most of their supporters would likely not be bitcoiners. I think a nostr exchange would be perfect for situations like that.

As I understand it, so far, the exchange acts like an escrow service to facilitate payments between buyers and sellers. It reminds me a bit like bitcoin locals.
