Wrong. That straining, burdened guy (Atlas) is actually every U.S. taxpayer whose income/labor is extracted to give the dollar it's value. It's backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government that the sheeple will never revolt as did the Patriots of 1776, but will continue to faithfully, "voluntarily", pay their taxes.
