Is there a way to find out who sent us zap? How else can we return the zap without knowing the sender?

NIP-57 will solve this. It’s not implemented in all the wallets yet, but soon you will see how many zaps your note has and who sent what.
It would be great to have this function. When can it be realized?
The major lightning wallets are working on it now. I use Wallet of Satoshi and they said it’s their main focus right now. There are a few wallet that’s have already implemented it, but I don’t think any of those wallets are a dedicated app.
