Buy offers created in 30 days = 4.057
ÂAvg. SELL offers / day = 56
Sell offers created in 30 days = 1676
ÂAvg. PREMIUM = 6.3 %

Number of finished trades = 1232
Notice the average premium is actually 6.3% and not 1%-3% as I initially thought... 6.3% seems a lot, but the price of non KYC #Bitcoin is set by the market and clearly the demand exist.
