Just a conspiracy from my side.What if all Fiat that is "sent/washed" to the ukraine is just used to prevent big collapses in the US of major institutions. It makes absolutely sense, no printing, the bailout happens via bond buy's from the washed "ukraine fiat" @federalreserve ?
