Me? I'm making pizza again until I feel I get it right. I need to buy a camera so I can share more. I grew up in a place where the pizza was perfect if you went to the right restaurants. I am trying to recreate that in #Mexico.

They don't have a lot of flour in Mexico. I've only found them sold in 1 kilo bags.
I'm struggling to get my oven up to temperature. My pizza stone doesn't get hot enough to burn the crust. That is with preheating the over/horno for 20 minutes. I might have to build a woodfire oven.
