back in like 2011 i read about it somewhere and dismissed it as "the government will never allow that. it will be shut down soon". then in ~2013 i was in econ class and our teacher brought an article to class about it and my first thought was " oh, i remember that. why has the government not killed that yet?". oh how little i knew then.
