Fished another one out for me to block though so win win.
Blocking the term 'random user . me' without the spaces seems to work fairly well - I can't remember who shared it with me, but they said all the profile pics are hosted on the same server - if the pic hasn't loaded then you'll still see the message though, so it's not perfect
