My 14-year-old son recently referenced something that he saw on Twitter, even thou he doesn't have an account. I suggested that when he wants to join a social network, that he only join Nostr, and never touch Twitter. He agreed that that would be a good idea.

It blows my mind that the rising generation -- those who have never used anything else -- will soon use Nostr, and never even touch centralized data mines like Twitter (granted, my son does use Discord, but that's it for now). Just another reason to be optimistic about the future. 💜
