So I haven't eaten any processed sugar (just fruit and honey, but no sweets, chocolate or the like) since the bitcoin halving.

That's a little over 4 months now.

I am experiencing something I didn't expect AT ALL.

I started to DREAM again.

Almost every night.

I asked ChatGPT if this is common and they said there are anecdotal reports about it but nothing scientific.

But it is real, I am the proof.

So I asked ChatGPT if dreaming was important for psychological and emotional wellbeing. It turns out that it's not only important for that, but also for cognitive function.

Following basic logic, we can conclude that populations with high sugar consumption are being emotionally and psychologically destabilised and even dumbed down by the food industry.

That's the real TERRORISM.

It's not just hypothetical.

This is real.

What do you think?

I don't remember dreams. I never want to. That sounds like torture to me.

I do think I sleep better without processed food being in my diet, though.

I really missed remembering my dreams and I never knew why I don’t do anymore

It's good that you can regain that if that's what you want. I'm just glad I don't. Sleep should be easy. Dreaming sounds like too much work while I'm supposed to be recuperating. 😅
