People don't often realize that Coracle is not only a twitter-like client, but also has calendars, marketplaces, and groups.

In the latest release, groups have gotten the WoT treatment — when browsing groups, instead of getting a random assortment, they're now sorted by how many people you follow have joined them.

I tried "groups" today and clicked reply on a note.

But somehow it is a pending post in the community/group now???

This is the ID of my "reply":

I may not yet understand how groups work. Or is this an error?

I see this note as pending on NoStrudel (Community).

I've clicked "reply" on this note ID on Coracle: note1ww52m734p3prfrm8d2mkluk4jqj3ta36m6u58gmtydqvy38dz5xsauuu33

Hm sorry, here the raw note ID of my "reply": "`note1dwzrw233h95rzmqwjcr0lg8n3wpwqxja40vpks6t6qg86n7ym2sqrp9tzr`"

Looks ok to me, it's showing up as a reply within the group, what in particular are you seeing that's surprising?

This one irritates me. On NoStrudel, it's apparently a post that needs to be approved. But isn't it just a reply?

This irritates me as well. Technically, Nostrudel is following the spec. But because moderation is required, communities tend to die. So my suggestion is to encourage people to use coracle instead, or ask other client devs to loosen up their moderation requirement, to at least give users the option to see an unmoderated version of the community.

Why do you think they don’t realize this?

The other stuff is a bit hidden, if the don't explore they don't see it. I also think the expectation is for twitter clients, so people don't look. Only a guess though.
