There are a lot of free or inexpensive gif creators and animation apps. I used one called Motionleap to add the effects but then I had to compress it to be small enough to still animate in my pfp. Took some trial and error to get it down to under 400kb. I’m going to try to make a new one soon that’s a little simpler and cleaner-looking.
