Whenever you go to a supermarket always shop on the outside isles never head to the centre isles. It’s not food. It’s just sugar and chemicals in colorful packaging
As a visitor to the USA I am gob smacked at how you can have one full isle of breakfast cereals. I mean sugar. Disgusting

Blew my mind when I first saw Supermarkets in the Midwest.
Fresh produce area about half the size of an Aussie supermarket and a tiny bakery section where the bread is just sugary shit.
4 aisles of frozen goods.
An entire aisle of soft drink, another aisle for chips. I think 20 aisles total, much longer than in Aus with every package much larger too.
