After some “persuasive guidance/coercive parenting” my eldest has decided on a trade school program. 😬

Luckily we avoided criminal justice and sports medicine. My suggestions were welding, plumbing, or HVAC. One of these three was chosen.

Nice.

I attended a conference a couple months ago talking with Dave Tyndall, Director of New Build Energy at Ontario Power Generation. OPG is 6,000 trades people and engineers short right now. That’s just one organization.
