Beef Stroganoff?

It's made with sliced breasts of chicken. We also use alternatively sliced turkey beef.
Got it, will try it with chicken sometime, only had it with beef.
I do it, like follow: I put the meat with salt, black pepper, garlic, laurel and let it rest.
In a wook, I add olive oil, one onion ( red or sweet, use as you like better), garlic, let the onion turn transparent. Add, either a soup spoon of ketchup, or (I prefer this way), fresh tomato ( you can add yellow sugar or not). When tomato has turned into sauce, add meat, then cream (vegan, mushroom, whatever you like). You can add more black pepper and salt at end.
* Sometimes, to change, I don't use cream, and just add a good white wine to make sauce.
