People should be using the Broadcast function more. If you see a good post from someone who doesn’t have a lot of followers and only a few relays, you can help them extend their note’s reach by rebroadcasting it on your relays.

Most clients have it in the menu on each note. Sometimes it’s called “rebroadcast” or “resend to relays.”
