Prenups don't mean the Women get nothing, if she gets nothing she didn't negotiate the prenup well. To pretend relationships aren't an explicit or implicit negotiation is lying to yourself.

Let's just pretend like she isn't negotiating alone and clueless against his 5-page contract written by an army of lawyers, while he's like, "If you really love me, you'd sign, baby."

I'm assuming its not a Lady against an entire Legal Department, this is a very specific situation.

I'd say the same to a dude who is getting pressured from his lady, "Lets just get married. If you really love me, we shouldn't need a prenup"

If No-Fault divorces are socially acceptable, so should Legally binding prenups. It only makes sense considering the logic.
