My money is on the DNA showing we're coded to create gods just like you'd expect evidenced by the thousands of incompatible gods we've created over recorded history.

I definitely think technology is a new god, and all the gods of the past were incompatible with the universal truths taught by Buddha and Jesus. We are all getting closer to understanding objective truth of what the universe is…hopefully.
