Lead them in the direction of payroll providers that can handle that side of it. its my experience that most small company hr has their hands tied on payroll and benefits to a small ala carte menu from the provider unless they put in the actual work to setup the business relationship. The education side of this is not readily available or pushed by ADP Paychex, etc

not a big list. Bitwage probably biggest.

I know Kraken had an offering for businesses at some point but dont know how it was structured.

Of course Cashapp also offers ability to auto convert a percentage (up to 100%) of direct deposits into Bitcoin which isnt a bad option that doesnt involve HR doing anything other then the company side of the DD request. Its the lowest friction for sure.
