A few remarks for #nostr

-We should deploy more paid relays.

-If it's possible everyone should consider installing own servers.

-Freedom is not given, it is taken.

-Lots of fake/spam users. We have to take care of them.

-To be honest clients are not good enough for prime time. We should give more support to the #nostr client projects and developers.

-I sometimes feel like that I'm in a #bitcoin echo chamber. This is the most important point that people are holding back to contribute. I've experienced this countless times when trying to convince someone to participate #nosrt. The response is more or less same: "Bunch of bitcoin nerds"

I don't disagree on most point. However:

Some clients (While there are bugs) are currently good enough for prime time, and are more reliable than many widely used apps that are already heavily used.

There absolutely nothing to be done about fake or spam users. You can't get rid of them and still be censorship-free, so I'm not sure what you mean by "take care of them". We can build better tools to allow individuals to filter their own feeds though.
