Simply fasting will obviously lose weight. But most ppl do not have the will power and will argue oh that’s unhealthy or oh that’s not try! It’s not that easy! Bros have 30 pounds of straight fat they can live off without taking another bite for a month but yes they need to eat 3 times everyday

Yes, simply eat less, the most obvious advice ever that seems to be challenged by every lover of gluttony on the internet ever

“They” want ppl fat, lazy, and unaccountable. Easier to control. Die faster. More money spent on healthcare and big pharma. Once you understand their intentions and goals, the “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” mantra makes a lot of sense. Always do the opposite- intermittent fast and *gasp* skip breakfast instead. The food pyramid they shilled makes sense. Just keep blindly following the experts advice, anon. They clearly care about you
