I've been learning that in rockopera academy last two years. Still not there. Accepting that you're gray boring husk is painful, just like the process of getting out of it.
I think a lot of where our mental space flows is repetition and the lack of challenging that with self awareness.
I think it’s just part of getting old and redundant with our daily tasks. 🤷🏻♂️
