We all talk about POW, but it upsets me that oftentimes the people who do most of the work only get a tiny fraction of the reward.

That's partly why I quit my job and started to do my own thing a few years ago because it's just not fair - I work hard to do the job and need to do what was told and be there every day, then you just reap my effort and giving me a faction called the salary? how is this even make sense, not to mention all the stupid corporation shit and unproductive meetings... 🤯
