Nos2x can only hold 1 Private key? Is this true? Anyway to add multiple accounts?

it should hold more. nos2x-fox holds more. options > new

So when you want to login with nos2xfox how do you choose which key you want to use? When I try to login to nostrudel it just asks if I want to authorize this and I have no idea which profile Im logging into.

Yes.

Use a browser that supports multiple profiles. Install NOS2X extension into each profile. Switch with ease.
