My id card expired. I am trying to buy BTC. Binance won't let me if I don't renew my ID, same with Kraken. Setting up an account on Strike requires ID verification, so I can't buy BTC there. Bisq requires me to use Strike or some other app, which probably requires ID verification. It is a pain in the ass. Bank transfers take days... I don't really know what's the easiest way. I think I'll wait until I get my new ID card, and then buy crypto from these KYC sites.

You can use money order if you are in the usa. Even face to face or cash by mail.

Or go to a bisq meetup, maybe you're lucky and if you're not, you'll find friends.

yeah, unfortunately I'm not in the US, I'm in Paraguay.

I managed to buy btc by creating another Kraken account (I had a weird bug trying to add a payment method and had to wait a month to add a new card) and using my driver's license for verification.
