What would you think of a protocol that allows you to generate a peg token to the USD (a “stablecoin”) overcollateralized with BTC, censorship resistant, trust minimized, all running on a Bitcoin sidechain like Rootstock?

Examples of use cases: a person in Nigeria or Argentina, or Zimbabwe, who does not have access to dollars in the traditional financial system, but also cannot use sats to save and/or to develop commercial activities (due to volatility, until we get to hyperbitcoinization ).
