As of today, December 23, 2023, the Digital Asset Anti-Money Laundering Act (S.4667) introduced by Senators Elizabeth Warren and Roger Marshall has six co-sponsors. They are:
Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY)
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)
Senator Angus King (I-ME)
Senator Mark Warner (D-VA)
Senator Tina Smith (D-MN)
Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD)
