I’m thinking of filing a federal lawsuit against the Canadian/Alberta government for invading on my freedom of speech over Instagram messages. They have legitimately Harassed me, sexual assaulted me, falsely imprisoned me, violated my rights by putting me under bail and giving me conditions to follow, aswell as costed me a minimum of $5,000 in damages due to bail fees and lawyer fees. I don’t have the money to launch a lawsuit right now but I know with certainty what has happened to me is injustice and tyranny I am still being harassed by police to this day!

No, one of my bail conditions is “no internet access” so they have suppressed me pretty well for three years. I was only a 19 years old and a first time offender when this all started I had no clue about anything relating to the law. It’s only up until recently I’ve felt really fed up and hurt over all this. I’m too paranoid to work in fear they will come arrest me or harass me at work. They’ve keep putting off my court dates and when I do go to court they just read out my Instagram messages in attempt to embarrass and suppress me. It is crazy I never thought this was possible in a democratic country it’s ruined me and my family is helping me but even they are starting to get really fed up with how the law has treated me.

Three years ago I tried to fight my ex’s boyfriend. She was my childhood best friend and was there when my mom died she betrayed me and cheated on me with a different guy. I was upset and tried to fight this guy I didn’t even touch him he ran and hid in a car they charged me with assault which I guess was reasonable in a way. Me and this dude are friends now and he’s a crypto pleb so we both agree I was overcharged however after that assault charge they gave me conditions. I was upset over this so I felt the need to message my ex however the police didn’t like that it was in my conditions they called me said there is a warrant out for my arrest so I turned myself in. A month later my ex girlfriend messaged me. Me and her talked for 3 months before I got another call from police telling me to turn myself in. I was working that day and they said we had to meet within the hour so I didn’t go. That g e me another charge of failure to appear. I turned myself in the next day they gave me like 5 more charges I tried to explain to them she was messaging me they didn’t care and said the no contact order was to me not her. She sent them hundreds of messages where she cropped out her messages and made it look like I was this crazy person harassing her. That was almost a year ago now I am still being harassed and dealing with this I was sexually assaulted multiple times in jail by police for “drug searches” where they make you spread you ass cheeks I’ve faced more than my fair share of “justice” and I just want this to be over. I really only should’ve got community service or something but I’ve faced so much shit for doing literally nothing.
