‘Discipline over everything’ that’s how this post should be named but… to be honest, I forced myself to go to gym)

Shame of staying at home for several days doing nothing kicked me out of my sofa to make ‘something is better than nothing’ plan to become true.

Well, at the end I can say today’s session became the best I’ve made for last month!

Again I can see a proof of everything that stops us is only in our heads. Once you ignore this mind tricks of a head, you get the result you even didn’t expect at the beginning.
