The concept itself isnt the worst IMO. Done properly I can see a usefulness to it.
What can be worse than taking screenshots every second and acting as a keylogger?
I dont mean microsofts built in version, but a properly encrypted db that only the user has access to. And it doesnt need be a keylogger, but I could see use in the screen shot aspect.
