On the fiat banking side, does anyone use Xapo Bank? It seems they do have lightning built-in, but also instant SEPA. You could technically do swaps from lightning to USD to EUR to pay for fiat items, from what I understand
Not a non-KYC situation, but could be useful for payments in meatspace
