Amethyst is currently one of two good Android clients, with Plebstr being the second.

iOS clients, even the gimped ones, just happen to be better since all THOSE are actually maintained.

Im surprised you aren’t using Onyx.

I actually was up and until Amethyst added what Onyx had (and still HAS) as a default.

I wouldn't expect it since Tony has Mutiny to maintain, but is there anything differentiating Onyx from the base app?

Onyx has the censorship filters on by default?

Onyx has off by default what Amethyst makes you opt-out off (the censorship filters).

They are effectively the same now. Amethyst made the spam filters configurable, Onyx has them off by default.

The off by default thing is important imo.
